Peaceful and serene, this ranch style home is situated on 6 acres of private land. The home is spacious and airy with breath taking views of the Topa Topa peaks. The generous sized kitchen makes it a wonderful place to cook and host dinners to enjoy al fresco in the warmer months! You can catch Ojai's iconic Pink Moment sunset from almost anywhere, but we suggest viewing it poolside. Located about 11 minutes from downtown Ojai and next door to a lavender farm. NO WEDDINGS, EVENTS and PARTIES
Good to know
Our open dining room and living room is 1,000 square feet alone making it a great place to entertain. There is 24/7 parking in our barn or driveway. Please keep in mind that the pool in unheated and in the winter months the pool will be cold. Pool temperature will start to reach into the 80s from May through September.
Other Details to Note
POOL MAINTENANCE- The pool is located by a lot of trees and shrubbery. This, and the fact that it can be windy at times, means debris WILL and DO get into the pool daily. We have regular weekly maintenance (usually on Wednesdays but not always) to keep the water properly balanced but debris will inevitably get into the water every day. We provide a skimmer for you to get the pool to your liking between maintenance calls. **If you do not want the pool treated during your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival and we will do our best to reschedule with our pool tech.** WATER TEMPERATURE (INSIDE the home)- The water takes a little time to get hot but it does get hot! Please give it a few minutes before reaching out! LANDSCAPING- We have scheduled landscaping every Tuesday to keep our property looking as well-maintained as possible. If you want to know if your booking falls on one of these dates, please reach out and I can check for you. PEST CONTROL- This is country living and we do our best to keep the little creatures away, but its a part of being close to nature. We do have regular pest control, but the occasional insect may makes its way inside. We have left supplies inside to help remove them.

Find us
Once you drive up the property entrance there is plenty of parking on the gravel driveway. Use caution when traveling by foot or bike, especially at night when roads are very dark. There are many local and serene trails close by for hiking and walking- be mindful of wildlife and native plants such as poison ivy/oak. Relying on public transportation is not recommended.
